I love my French tip nails, it was my pedicure that was bad. Even though I booked an appointment I still had to wait, and the whole thing took almost 3 hours. Nobody really told me what to do, so a customer helped me with where to sit. I asked for French tip on my toes as well, but I had to wait for someone to come do them. She rushed through it to get back to her own customer, and when I stood up to walk to the uv lights, my polish got messed up. Even though it was seen by my nail tech, it didn’t get fixed, and still had to pay full price.

My mom and I got our toes done. My tech kept scratching her neck and then back to my feet. I had several cuts and ended up with fungus all over my left foot. My mom had several cuts she was in so much pain for weeks amd had puss coming out. I would not recommend

With the price I paid for a 4 hr visit I'm very unhappy. My first time being there i had a pedicure which cost $40 for cold water on my feet and scolding ragson my legs. And I waited and waited for a tech to do my full set and paint them with no design. And then the "I'm Sorry" I ended up paying over $140 for crappy service. I'll never go back there again. Way to expensive for their work.

I’m 54 and had a bad experience when I was in early 20s with acrylic nails so I was super nervous to have my nails done but Kim knocked it out of the ball park ! She was so nice and made me very comfortable. Helped me with choices and I love my nails ! I will so be returning! Highly recommend! Nice staff and even the clients were super friendly!

Kim is an amazing nail tech, very professional and a true artist in her field. I had Mani and pedi with acrylic gel. The Hawaiian hand painted designs are perfect for my upcoming vacation. Also had full waxing service. I was s bit hesitant but Kim calmed my anxiety and I love the the smooth clean results. I would highly recommend luxury nails
